We offer FREE personal message card and ribbon services. The card(ribbon) message is written with hand script in English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese and attached on the product.
There is no additional service charges. The price is compised of shipping cost, taxes, message card(ribbon) and delivery confirmation fees.
Our online payment gateway company AEGIS HYOSUNG Inc. will be marked on the receipt. You can print out the credit card receipt by clicking Inquiring about the Account of Creditcard Expense.

DELIVERY GUIDE
We can deliver gifts and flowers to any address in South Korea on the same day. Note that every item has its own delivery period remarked in light green box by the item photo.
Even if we take orders and do the same day delivery on Valentine's Day, place order in one day advance at last for adequate delivery. South Korea Time Zone (GMT+9) is 8 hours faster than Paris and 14 hours faster than New York.
Surprise gift, Photo Service may not be possible during Valentine Day season from 12th to 14th February
Some flowers like rose and tulip are apt to be sold out . In case of that substitution may happen without notice.
The delivery time may be extended by adding gifts or special shipping conditions from 2 hours and to 1 day. On Valentine's Day it is hard to keep arrival time.
We will let you know by sending confirmation email after the delivery completed. You can also track your package by clicking the "track order" tab with your order number.
