Add-on items are offered for customer service and have no margin and delivery charge included. So the orders without floral items will be canceled and will not be processed.

In order to preserve freshness and quality, cakes can only be delivered Monday through Saturday. For our South Korea delivery service, orders placed after 10:00 AM KST (GMT+9) Monday through Saturday will be processed on the following business day.
When the cake is not available, substitutions may be applied. Same or larger size and similar flavor cake will be delivered without notification.
