Order & Payment Guide
Place your order by 2 PM on weekdays or 11 AM on Saturdays (KST/GMT+9) for same-day hand delivery! Our shop is closed on Sundays and major holidays, with the exception of funeral or event deliveries.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major event days: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Parents Day and Christmas.
A FREE personalized message card is included with this item. The card message can be written in your native language, including English, Korean, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese.
For international buyers, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Western Union, and direct bank transfers. We also accept all major credit, debit, and cash cards issued in South Korea. Please refer to our payment guide for more details.
South Korea Delivery Guide of Arrangement
The price includes standard shipping, taxes, a message card (or ribbon), and delivery confirmation. Only express delivery costs extra.
Delivery is available within 8 hours to all urban and city areas. For rural, remote, and island locations, boxed flowers may be delivered on the next business day. Refer to our delivery guide for details.
Seoul deliveries with add-ons (cakes, toys, chocolates) require an extra 3 hours. For all other cities in South Korea, please allow an extra business day for delivery.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific time slot of day, but we do not guarantee it. Normal delivery hours for us are between 9AM and 7PM from Monday to Friday and 9AM to 5PM on Saturday.
