Order by 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday or by 10:00 a.m Saturday in KST (GMT+9), and your order will be hand-delivered on the same day! Our shop is closed on Sundays and major holidays, with the exception of funeral or event deliveries.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major event days: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Parents Day and Christmas.
A FREE personalized message card is included with this item. The card message can be written in your native language, including English, Korean, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese.

Seoul deliveries with add-ons (cakes, toys, chocolates) require an extra 3 hours. For all other cities in South Korea, please allow an extra business day for delivery.
While we will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact times. Our standard delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
