Order & Payment Guide
Order by 2 PM Monday to Friday or by 11 AM Saturday in KST (GMT+9), and your order will be hand-delivered on the same day! Our shop is closed on Sundays, with the exception of funeral or event deliveries.
We offer FREE personal card and ribbon message services for this item. The card message can be written in English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese and attached on the product.

South Korea Delivery Guide
If you place an order on 8th May or Mother’s Day, it may be delivered on the same day. But sometimes carnation flowers are apt to be sold out earlier than expected. So please order the flowers 1~2 days in advance.
There is no additional service charges. The price is comprised of shipping cost, taxes, message card(ribbon) and delivery confirmation fees.
The Parents’ day (May 8th) is one of the busiest days to us, as all Korean sons and daughters want to give carnation flowers and gifts to their parents. So we keep the arrival date but may not do the arrival time.
You can specify arrival date and time except some busier seasons. Adding or modifying option of items needs 2~5 hours more delivery time.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Normal delivery hours for us are between 9AM and 7PM.
