Dear Jason, We have lots of experience of delivering flowers and gifts to US military camp including Camp Humphreys. Usually we transfer flowers and gifts at the gate of camp of the recipient after making an appointment over the phone, as the guard do not permit us entering into the camp. So, we need a phone number belong to South Korea and consignee name for delivery. Best regards Sang B.
