Just want to take this time to express how appreciative we are with the exceptional way in which Flower-Korea and Mr. Sang B. Lee in particular went far beyond expectations in satisfying our funeral floral standing spray order.Because we live in Arizona (USA), we needed to order from a Korea based florist to insure timely delivery of our order. I placed the order on a Saturday with a request that it be delivered on Monday. Mr. Lee sent me an email informing me that my credit card order had not successfully completed, but I was not checking my email, so I was not aware of that. When I had not replied to the email, Mr. Lee was kind enough to personally call me Saturday evening to inform me and collect the necessary information to complete the order. The next day we found out that the funeral was to me on Sunday, not Monday. After informing Mr. Lee of this, he made it a priority to insure that the floral arrangement got delivered that same day in time for the funeral. I would also like to add that while the picture of the standing spray that I ordered from the web site was quite beautiful, the actual standing spray delivered was even more beautiful than the one depicted. Thank you Mr. Lee. When ever a future need for floral arrangements arises, Flower-Korea will be the place I go. |
